Upper Extremity Orthoses Solutions
The Collier team strives to be unmatched in our specialty sectors of patient care and upper extremity orthotic solutions.
Together, our team has almost 40 years’ experience with the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Drawing on their years of knowledge during the evaluation process, our practitioners listen to their patients’ concerns and work with them to develop a plan of care.
Our evaluation process begins once the patient has been referred by his or her physician.
Our team of specialists work closely with inpatient rehabilitation, podiatry and orthopedic patients to provide each one with a device that will produce positive, lasting results and improve mobility, all with ongoing support.
The extent of the evaluation and assessment depends on the complexity of the patient’s diagnosis and urgency for care or treatment. This may involve only the initial visit or a series of visits to reach a specific conclusion of treatment.
The certified practitioners at Collier O&P will take the time to listen to each patient’s specific needs, and once treatment is decided, we carry or customize a range of styles and materials for upper extremity orthoses.
